Who Is This Girl? & What is This Blog About?

Hi! I'm Kera! I'm a hand me down girl, whether I want to be or not! I'm wife to Jed & mommy to our little stud, Dalton! I'm a stay-at-home mom, who has to craft to remember I'm Kera, not just Mommy! Jed is a masters student, which keeps us on a modest budget for now.
We are first time home owners. Even though it's a humble home, we want it to have STYLE (what a 15 year old teal flowered couch isn't stylish!?!) ;O) We believe our home should be a comfortable one that always allows those in it to feel loved and happy. :O)
I LOVE all things crafty. I am a proud owner of a Silhouette SD and I'm pretty much addicted to looking at real estate and interior design. One day, I'll learn how to REALLY sew...one day! I love finding something online and working with what I have to make my spin on it!

We met in March of 2005 while Jed was serving his LDS mission in the Columbus, Ohio mission. In August of 2006 Jed came to visit me at BYU-Idaho.On March 13th, 2007 Jed proposed to me! (Making me the happiest girl EVER) On August 24th, 2007 we were sealed for time and eternity in the Columbus Ohio Temple. One week after our one year wedding anniversary we found out we were expecting! DALTON DAVID BUTLER blessed our lives with his arrival! He was 6lb 12oz and was 19in long! We love being his mommy and daddy!
